Membership dues are payable in January.
Membership Options
Regular Membership: $15.00/year
Family Membership: $20.00/year1
Student Membership: $10.00/year2
1 Regular Membership + $5 for all licensed members of your family. 2 To qualify for Student Membership, you must be a full time student.
Only one copy of the Newsletter will be sent to each household. Complete the application below and return it to the club with your dues. Applications received after October 31st will count through the next year.

If you want to print out an OPARS application then fill it out by hand, please click on the Membership Form #1. Print this page out by going to the bottom of the page and clicking "Print This Page", and then fill it out by hand. Finally, submit the application to the address above with your dues.

If you want to fill out the OPARS application online then print it out, please click on the Membership Form #2. Then fill out the form, once you are finished filling it out, go to the bottom of the page and click "Print This Page" to print your application. Finally, submit the application to the address above with your dues.
